All design logos appearing on this site (hereinafter, "Site Materials") are the exclusive property of Viewner Limited. Viewner owns all right, title, and interest in the Logos, including, but not limited to, trademark, copyright, trade dress, service mark, moral rights, rights under any statutory protection of fine arts, and otherwise, as applicable.

All information posted on Viewner.com, such as statements, diagrams, signs, button icons, images, audio document segments, digital downloads, data edits, and software, are the sole property of our Company.

All Viewner.com members have the right to upload photos and videos when submitting a review. You are solely responsible for each individual item ("Item") of Content that you post, email, or otherwise make available via the Service.

Refrain from asserting any ownership, proprietary or other rights in any Logo or to challenge, contest, or take any other action inconsistent with our exclusive ownership rights in the Logos, irrespective of any use you may make of any Logo.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, cost, or liability of any kind, including for copyright and trademark infringement, arising out of your use of any Logo. You waive, release, and hold harmless Viewner.com, its vendors, or customers from any claim or liability based upon our printing or provision of any materials to any other customer of Viewner.com containing a Logo similar or identical to a Logo selected by you.

No Warranties

Viewner.com is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, text or photography. We cannot and do not represent or warrant that the site or its server(s) is (are) free of viruses or other harmful components, including content that is posted by third parties. You should use industry-recognized software to detect and disinfect viruses from any download. Viewner.com and the materials contained therein are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You expressly agree that use of the site, including all content or distribution date or, downloaded or accessed from or through the site, is at your sole risk.
